Refund policy

We offer 48 hour hassle free returns if you are not satisfied with any product. If for some reason, you wish to return a product, you can initiate a return by emailing us at contact@namaah.store within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please provide an order number an reason for return. If the reason is due to a damaged or defective product, please provide photos and an unboxing video.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Customers must bear the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items sold during a sale event
  • Customized items

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method or store credits based on your choice within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
